A community that cooks together...
Let's Get Cooking! was the first in a series of activities designed to help us stay in touch and support our residents through Covid-19. Although we couldn't gather together, we could still share experiences.
The Westport Housing Authority partnered with The Pizza Truck to deliver meal kits to over 200 households and encouraged them to participate by offering a mystery prize if they submitted a picture of their creation. We encouraged parents to take a step back and let the kids take the reins on this one. The results: mouthwatering, fresh baked pizza!
